Individual By-The-Bed Leases
At Residences on College Hill, all leases are on an individual basis. Since most of our residents are college students, we’ve built flexibility into our leasing options, including:

Flexible start dates to fit your schedule.

For residents signing by-the-bed leases for Fall 2026, final roommate and unit placements will be sent out closer to your move-in date.

Because we complete roommate matching after more applications are received, this allows us to create the best possible matches based on lifestyle preferences and availability. You will receive your official apartment assignment with plenty of time before move-in so you can plan accordingly.

We do offer group leases for those living in one apartment together, this is ideal if you’re moving in with friends!
