What are the requirements?
• Pass a background check
• Maintain a credit score of 600 or higher
• Have an income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
• No history of evictions or money owed to another landlord
Do we take pets?
We only take pets in certain apartments. Pets must be 25 lbs or less. We do not always have pet apartments available so please call and check availability!
What are your leasing terms?
We offer standard 1 year leasing terms. Ten month leases are available for a higher monthly payment (See Lease Info Page).
I want roommates but don't have any in mind. How does that work?

Roommate matching is based on a questionnaire sent to all residents interested in a by-the-bed lease in our 4-bedroom apartments.

We carefully match roommates using your responses to ensure the best possible fit.

Matching factors include grade level, cleanliness preferences, noise level, pet friendliness, and more.
What utilities is a tenant responsible for?
You will need to set up your own account for water, sewer, gas, and electric services. Our apartments are cable-ready but cable is not included. You are welcome to set up your own cable services with a local service provider.

Are there any additional costs?
- Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer)
- Approx $30-50 per month per person
- Pet Registration fee
- $300 registration fee; $25 monthly fee
- Renters Insurance
- AppFolio basic insurance $14.50/month
- Renters insurance of your choice (Approx $15-30/month)
I am moving and wanting out of my lease. What are my options?
